# Tokens

> Metadata, icons, verification and search for Solana tokens.

## `GET /v1/token/{mint}`

One token by base58 mint address. Symbols are not accepted on this route.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| `decimals` | Base-unit decimals. Use this to convert `*_atoms` |
| `icon` | Icon URL from the token's metadata, or `null` |
| `token_program` | SPL Token or Token-2022 program that owns the mint |
| `fdv`, `mcap`, `liquidity` | USD figures from live pricing and pool reserves |
| `is_stable`, `is_lst` | Stablecoin and liquid-staking-token flags |
| `verified` | On the verified list |
| `circ_supply`, `total_supply` | Fetched live with a short timeout. Both read `0.0` when it expires, and the two are currently equal |

## `GET /v1/tokens`

Several tokens at once. Up to 50 mints or symbols, comma separated. Returns a plain array of the token object above, with `circ_supply` and `total_supply` set to `null`.

## `GET /v1/tokens/search`

| `q` | required | Symbol, name or mint fragment |
| `limit` | `50` | 1 to 100 |

Results rank exact symbol matches first, then symbol prefixes, name prefixes and substrings, with liquidity breaking ties. Note that search returns `{count, tokens}` while `/v1/tokens` returns a bare array.
